Head off from picturesque Port Davies on the west coast of Flinders Island to Prime Seal Island aboard the charter boat Bass Pyramid.  Troll for a few pike or salmon as you leave the bay, kingfish when you’re lucky. Cruise around Wybalenna Island for some sleek, silvery couta. Reel in and continue on to Prime Seal Island.  Enjoy some lunch while you drop your line way down to the sandy bottom and start pulling in some big flathead.  A short move into gummy shark territory for a feed of flake.  On the return journey watch the birdlife, the magnificent coastline or the dolphins as they race the boat back to harbour while your catch is cleaned and filleted for you.

Whether you’re diving over wrecks, catching crayfish or abalone, taking in the underwater scenery or just out to get some special underwater pics Flinders Island has something for you.

Flinders Island is the home to many wrecks dating from the 1700’s,  dive over the Sydney Cove, G W Wolff, City of Edinburgh, Cambridgeshire and numerous others.

Crayfish, Greenlip Abalone. Blacklip Abalone you need a licence and limits apply, but you’re guaranteed of getting a feed.

View myriads of fish, sponge gardens, limestone reefs, gorgonian coral, and sea dragons or do a little underwater cave exploring.
