Hike to the highest peak on Flinders Island

Mt Strzlecki from Trousers Point

Mt Strzelecki dominates the southern part of Flinders Island and offers spectacular views over the island and the surrounding islands.  The 4 kilometre, 4 to 5 hour return to the summit is a serious walk that requires quite a bit of effort.  The walk is rated as being not technically difficult but steep.  The view from the top, priceless.
